Project Description: The project is a major renovation and remodeling of the existing Minnesota Army National Guard Cedar Street Armory building located at 600 Cedar Street in St. Paul, Minnesota. The project will include all new plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, interior walls, doors, and finishes, elevator and accessibility upgrades, and exterior improvements including window and entrance repair and replacement. The renovation and remodeling will also include an infill addition of 7,000 square feet of new second floor and 3,000 square feet of third floor space within the existing Drill Hall building volume
